Hi, I’m David
About Me
For the past decade, I’ve been a Seattle-based photojournalist dedicated to capturing genuine moments. My work spans from local life in the Pacific Northwest to global projects with names like Microsoft and Airbnb, always with a focus on the story behind the image.
I specialize in capturing the unscripted and spontaneous, bringing this perspective to everything from public events for the Everett Herald to brand stories for AARP. My approach is grounded in technical skill, an eye for the fleeting moment, and a commitment to authenticity.
Inspired by the simplicity of daily life, my photography is about connection — to people, places, and moments. Whether it’s through a casual chat over cold coffee or the strum of a guitar, I seek to bring this sense of connection to every shoot, ensuring a relaxed environment that reflects your true self.
My diverse portfolio includes working with startups like Big Fish Games and contributing to community-focused projects such as Girls on the Run. These experiences reinforce my belief in photography’s power to tell stories that matter.
From weddings and commercial projects to personal narratives set against the stunning scenery of our region, I aim to deliver honest, impactful images. My mission is simple: to provide a visual narrative that is as unique as the individuals and brands I work with.
Let’s collaborate to capture your story. Contact me to start our journey together.
